Born and raised in an exotic Mediterranean country called Lebanon, Armenian Chef-owner Varouj Artinjian was influenced by the Mediterannean spirit to freshly cook various traditional Armenian-based and Mediterranean delices using various mediterranean spices, ranging from subtle to spicy.

Mediterranean cooking is characterized by distinct flavors and infinite variety, while comforming to freshness in the delicate marination of poultry and meat.

Mary Artinjian, Varouj’s wife, was also a cook at an Armenian-Lebanese restaurant. Moving to Hawaii, they decided to bring the unforgettable experience of authentic food to all mediterranean-loving individuals.
